On a normal course at lowish dosages, you can realistically expect some itchy or dry skin and dry lips. People tend to over exaggerate the side effects.

dry eyes, you need a dry eye gel (not drops/artificial tears)

accutane works slowly but its super effective and accurate against acne, so don't worry if you aint seeing results, it'll be on a long manner. You will notice that your eyes are drier, so your lips, mouth... use vaseline for your lips, eye drops, and you'll be good bro

i just finished my first month and nothing to bad. just drier skin and chapped lips. i did purge alot first 2 weeks tho. there is some other side effects but they are rare. some tips would be taking it with fatty meal like eggs and take a good sourced fish oil with more epa than dha.

it kinda fucks your dht which can lower test but it should go back to normal after finishing it. and it wont be to significant. you can also check since u gotta get ur blood tested on accutane.

Don’t go tanning and avoid sun as much as possible

Dry skin and lips mostly, also hair loss can occur, but in most cases after stopping treatment it goes back to normal and also you can get elevated liver enzymes and bad lipid profile
