400mg every 24hr taken in morning

roughly 2000kcals a day give or take

10k steps a day (should be easy since i usually get at least 15k a day)

gym

no dietary restriction, get protein, rest don’t matter (esp since it’s winter now so prime time to use DNP)



starts tomorrow, cycle duration anywhere from 2-3 weeks i think, depending on how results are. hoping to shed 14 or so lbs which should be doable in 2 weeks easily.

Careful with DNP, it has serious cardiovascular side effects

Grab coq10. Take 200mg everyday.

Grab NAC. Take 1200mg

Grab vitamin C. Take 1000mg


Stay hydrated


Coq10 increase mitochondria efficiency so what little ATP you have left from dnp depleating it will work more and become more dense so you still have energy.

The NAC will counteract all the pro oxident effects of dnp along side vitamin c. This will prevent nearly all the sides


Take exactly 200mg once in the morning once at night



Max run 2 weeks then take a few weeks break continue the supplements. This will give your body time to heal and the weight loss will still be fast. I'm about to run my 2nd run. I lost a lot of weight already but I got more to go to remove the perma bulk I did. But do this and you will be shredded in half the time it takes to do it naturally. Dnp is actually safe if done correctly. Don't listen to the fear mongering. Also dnp is anti aging as it increases mitochondria density in the long run. See it as intentional damaging your cells but your body reacts by building it up even stronger and denser. It also reverse insuline resistance due to fat loss and inner organs fat loss.

supps i got for while on cycle are NAC, Vit c, Vit E, magnesium, Alpha Lipoic Acid. i’ll get some coq10. maybe all these are excessive, won’t hurt to take tho.

did you experience bloating whilst on your cycle? some report that, doesn’t really matter tbh since it subsides once you end the cycle, but would be better not to be and see those gains in the mirror daily lol.

what about diet? how much did you restrict your cals? and did you lower any macro nutrients? like some lower carbs and some just eat normally with 33/33/33 of each.

can i ask why you chose to dose once in morning and once at night? i think many take the whole 400mg at once. is 400mg the dose you ran on your cycle?
I’m assuming it’s to let the half life go by sooner in the time between by splitting it into two doses, as the half life can build up since it has a 36 hour half life

how much did you eat a day, and how much did you lose on your first cycle? any cardio, or steps?

can i run this for 3 weeks?
