I’m 15.5 and planning on starting gym and have a couple questions.
What workout split would be best for me?
Should I supplement creatine?

If there’s anything else I should know could you guys please let me know, thanks 🙏.

yes creatine is good, start off simple with ppl or something like that i started with ppl x arnold also good combinatiuon

No I don’t plan on roiding I wanna stay natural I was js wondering if creatine is worth it as I read and heard that it bloats

Only do upper body for the first month to pull all the bitches and then do legs when you start to take it more serious so you don’t get dysmorphia

😭😭 I don’t care about pulling I only like 1 girl
Dosent matter if you only like one girl bro girls like dudes who other girls want and if she sees other girls want you and you can pull other girls she will want you more. Not saying be a man whore im not but in my experience girls have wanted me more whej they are in competition with other girls even when I only liked/entertained one of them.

Do back and biceps rest day triceps chest and shoulders rest day full upper body rest day. Do that every week. If you feel your upper body has recovered properly then train legs but train sprints and box jumps ect but I wouldn’t for the first month jusy maximise progress in the upper body so you get hooked off of dopamine from visible results

Fbeod or UL 4x a week good frequency in the splits is all you need

Trust me bro if no girls want you no girls are gonna start wanting you it’s our subconscious survival instincts taking over.

start with smth simple 4 days a week dont overtrain workout with good technique and rest good also eat enough protein and micronutrients
 
Creatine is bullshit and kinda risky i would do it after atleast a year working out. And do ppl or ul split its the best

Don't start, you will become fat and get acne. Just eat nothing and take high dose hormones.

Mon- push tue- pull wed- rest thu- push fri- pull sat- legs sun- rest
I skip legs but if u dont wanna skip them do them only 1 time a week
 
Only do upper body for the first month to pull all the bitches and then do legs when you start to take it more serious so you don’t get dysmorphia
Yes he will pull all the bitches within a month of training upper body, incredible advice brah

what ever you do make sure u have 2 rest days per week, no more, no less. when first starting out you need more than one rest day trust me if not your CNS is cooked.

if you dont want legs to fall behind do this split - Push Pull Legs Rest Push Pull Rest, Legs Push Pull Rest Legs Push Rest, Pull Legs Push Rest Pull Legs Rest. Repeat do it in that exact order so your muscles arent getting too much rest and your rest intervals are even this gets you 1.667x frequency a week which is in the optimal range, ensuring you get enough rest days and arent in the gym for 2 hours if you were doing an upper lower split or a fbeod split.

I ended up sticking to a pprpprr but on my third and sixth days I just go for a bit and hit abs forearms and neck.
It’s been like this for a month and a half now and I wanna start hitting legs icl so I think I’m gonna change to PPL R UL R

Ya that makes sense literally only complaint I had when I did that split is that I was in the gym for 2 hours on upper days even only doing 2 sets per exercise which was just too long for me.
