Starting HGH at 3IU soon. Plan on increasing every 2 weeks based on results/reactions. I have a blood glucose monitor but have done no blood tests for igf1. Is that necessary if I'm fairly confident the HGH is legit? I have been lifting 5 times a week for the past 2 years, I am not expecting a huge amount of mass nor bone growth. I am just hoping to put on some lean mass, get stronger, and maybe some changes in my facial features. I am also on ghk and reta rn

My questions are:
What other precautions should I take given my low dosage?
What results should I expect?
Should I look to use it long term?

Any other relevant information would be appreciated. Debut post btw

take blood tests, go up to 6 if u feel good, how old ru, taking gh and reta at the same time is a waste, make sure the source has verifed 3p testing, glucose monitor is smart, if u take at night dont eat for around 2 hours before, try and be as insulin sensitive as possible.

dont expect ANY results from 3iu (except some longevity/anti aging which no one cares about), hgh doesnt put on muscle by itself and its very unlikely to see bone growth unless you run very high doses, if you want to put on muscle and changes in facial features then take 6-8IU for no shorter than 6 months, ideally 1 year+ (if your growth plates are open then with an AI) and pair it with testosterone otherwise the results you desire will not come.

What would I get in the blood test? just igf1? In what way is it a waste to take gh and reta at the same time

Changes in facial features arent incredibly important to me rn. If im just looking to put on a bit of lean mass, would getting up to 6IU be optimal?

Do 5+ IU bro 3 gets u no where

if your goal is just muscle why low dose gh instead of test and tren?

More risks I guess. I dont really want to do trt and it would be pretty retarded to pct after a singular cycle. I also have not done enough research/am not informed enough about androgens to develop some protocol for myself. And would the results even be that strikingly different on test? taking into account the minimal effort required to pin some gh?

i do think that for exclusively gym benefits test + tren is miles better than gh but more research is necessary yes
