Starting hgh

I want to start pinning hgh. Can someone tell me a beginner dosage and at what time its best to pin. Should i pin all iu at one or seperate it over the day. im about 6ft 1/ 185cm and i weigh 68-70 kg.

Ur putting exogenous hgh in ur system bro, it dosent even matter tho because ur natural gh levels go back to normal 1-3ish days after u stop pinning
