I’m 23, 6ft, 80kg. No gym. No real routine. I’ve just been running a few times a week for general health ( 2km-5km ) , but nothing structured.

I’ve started this thread to hold myself accountable. I’ll post updates and maybe pictures here as things change. I know I’m starting at a bad baseline, my face is uneven, low contrast, no definition, and I don’t really think clothes or skincare will fix that.

So far I’ve tried a Vitamin C toner and Cerave moisturiser (pics taken right after that). Skin feels smoother / looks a bit better , but IMO clear skin isn’t the main problem, even with perfect skin if I use some filter I still hate how I look . I’ve worn suits, tried better posture, but the mirror always says the same thing. I want to change that.

I’m not expecting anyone to sugarcoat anything, but I do want advice. I’ve read a lot of threads and seen how intense this community is. So I’m not here to waste anyone’s time. I’m just not sure where to begin. That’s why I’m asking:

• Should I start training first ( home workout ) before trying to change my face?
• Will testosterone gains from lifting or cutting actually reshape my bone structure over time? ( how long should I wait? 2 months of running and pushups? )
• Or are there things I should be doing now while I wait for access to a gym?

I don’t expect people here to hand me a plan, but if you’ve been in a similar spot or started from a bad place, I’d really appreciate a push in the right direction.

I’d like to see visible improvement before I turn 24 , that’s the goal. Right now I’ve got time, and I want to use it well.

Thanks to anyone who replies seriously.

Grow out your hair, a lot of guys overlook it but it’s pretty easy and changes a lot and if you can’t fly to turkey and get a transplant and keep it dark as well as your eyebrows like the last 2 pics (maybe even darker), your nose is absolutely cooked a rhinoplasty would help but worry about surgeries later. As of now go to the gym and lift, start mewing, eat healthy and cut out sugar, and start doing facial exercises (do some research on what’s best for you). Also you have a pretty shit hairline so get a hairstyle to cover it maybe a perm would help when you grow out ur hair enough. If you do this you’ll hopefully go up a point or 2. Good luck!

Only thing you can do is lose weight or get surgery

All retarded newfags here will tell you to get surgery but heres what you need to do to softmax. Nose is bulbous so use HC 1 percent to reduce its size guide can be found on the site ; you have a long philtrum so grow a moustache and that will better it can be paired well with a goatee. Your jaw is excellent almost close to ideal no need to work on those.

Thanks, that's like the only actual response so far, hair wise I agree it seems fucked, I can't get a consistent texture or style and it seems different everyday so I usually just get a short haircut. Can't really go gym but have a pull-up bar and dumbbells, mewing I will look into again since I feel like nothing happens mouth wise even when looking at the images. Might try longer hair since I never really tried it before properly at least

wtf is that nose. Any way there’s actually nothing you can do, soft max will nothing and all you can do is only to hardmax. Even roids won’t help you tbh. If your rich hardmax if your not then save up money asap

Thanks, the surgery comments are so useless. I thought the point of this site was to be the best version of yourself and making the most of what you have naturally is the first step, everyone's potential is different, I could do everything right and then be limited by genetics and then maybe sure this is a reason to get surgery but I will never get surgery until I first put in the effort myself.

Idk what HC 1 is but I'll see if I can get some for the nose, I can try to grow facial hair again as well and then maybe make a before/ after post and see how it turns out. Jaw wise I can try gym and mewing and it will improve it I guess but right now like you said it's not too bad
