it took me a while to genuinely accept that I am high bf, I am tall and I look skinny ash, but my face stores fat like a bitch and tbh its failoing me hard so its time to step up and go for a 1500 kcal deficit
SARM: ac 262 10 mg daily for 2 months. purpose is to keep as much muscle mass I can
nolvadex at 20 mg eod: as PCT and test base for the SARM, ac 262 is veey mild so its suppression will be minimal, so no need to go for enclomiphene and actual test, figured I use it to hit 2 birds with one stone, prevent gyno because I am very prone to it and increase LH as it was proven it does that.
tonkgat ali: little testosterone boost
Nac at 1200mg daily: liver support for the sarm
cardarine: 10 mg daily for weight loss
others: omega 3, vitamin b6, boron, multivitamin, epicatechin, berberine and hmg
