Going back to low carb (only carbs from veggies), no high glycemic fruits or other high GI foods to clean up my skin. Will neckmaxx and hopefully gain an inch currently at 15 inches rn. Using this guys routine https://looksmax.org/threads/how-to-train-neck.4005/ .
Also going to do a IF type of eating pattern and aim for 1700 calories a day, 2000 on days I train. This is a 500-800 cal defecit so nothing crazy. but I want to see once and for all whether or not I’m a boneless cuck when I drop 10 lbs of fat (hopefully no muscle).
