I have like 10 ages on here gng said im 6 up to 30 i be cappin for no reason 😂, id like to keep it to myself but im early 20s, grad hs at 16 went to college a year later for nursing degrees did 2 year pre recs, then HHC, LVN then switched to RN, then switched from that to a doctorate, if u google some terms and do the math ull get my exact age

PE works and helps a lot of confidence. I have a pretty crazy routine I do to get faster results. I started in August with Compression hanging and then moved to clamping with a hose clamp. I now do pumping at 15hg 3 x 20 minutes everyday. Sometimes only 2x20 minutes if I dont have time. Its a very slow process to get gains but if you’re consistent with it, it shouldn't be an issue. Also do NOT jerk off if you want to maximize your gains. The androgen receptors in your penis will get disensitized to T which will make it harder to make gains since the T wont bind to the androgen receptors to repair and grow your penis.

So even after years of doing it? My friend claimed he had 5 inch dick and now he is at 7 inch doing Pe So if he stopped It would still goes back to 5 inch?

there is limiting returns on penis growth relative to the amount of work you put it it isn't linear, again dude it takes a while and the more inches you add the harder it becomes to gain. I am assuming you are aware of getting bigger but the first person that comes to mind is BD who gained 2.6 inches in 3.5 years, it takes time to gain 2 inches that's a fuck ton

It follows logarithmic growth 2.6 in 3.5 years supports that, yes growth soes diminish the higher u increase, thats why im 3.5x the normal PE time for 2x the gains

it takes minimal effort to maintain the size compared to building it, so just once a week compared to daily. but yes the results become "permanent" when you do them for months but if you stop for a year straight of course its gonna be smaller than in your peak PE days
 
As far as the info from scientific studies cuckgpt provides me you can increase the size of your erect with:

- 1-2 cm length after going autism mode for hours a day with a penis stretcher for 6 months
- 1-2 cm length with suspensory ligament release surgery
- increased girth with surgery by using either implant of fat transplant
- temporary length and girth with penis pump

NOTE: these are just the results from each of them individually therefore it might not be as simple as just adding the numbers together to find the max potential.
