Starting Penis Enlargement

it takes minimal effort to maintain the size compared to building it, so just once a week compared to daily. but yes the results become "permanent" when you do them for months but if you stop for a year straight of course its gonna be smaller than in your peak PE days
Okay so once I have acheived my desired size doing once a week will maintain that size?

can’t see any difference between air pump and water pump as long as you introduce the vacuum gradually tbh

I really should get in on this, increasing my 18cm to 20cm (8 inches) would be like the difference between 5’11 and 6’0, it’s a massive psychological threshold.

Ive vouched for this many times and am a firm believer in the science of how this works, before this i have have used DIY methods and gained very marginal gains, i am anti manuals as they are prone to human error so the DIY method wasnt a fair test, and I have ordered a penis pump myself to finally test this

Not technically a penis pump by technicallity it would be a compression hanger, but for the general person you would know this as a penis pump

I will start using this consistently for the next year ill aim for 15 minutes 3x a day at the absolute minimum, i am lucky as i work from home so ill be able to easily use it more

Sadly this is a long process and i wish i could provide images instantly but sadly it takes a while for expansion + dont trust users on here i will (consider) providing images every .25 girth .5 inch gains

Besides hanging ill eventually add a pump, currently deciding between a water pump and an air pump, pumps are the girth alternative of hanging, hanging is usually for length

Now if ur wondering if you should do this go ahead, the fact that it works is 100% im just doing this post as a motivator to come back here and show progress pics

One user on here claimed he lost 1.5 inches in length going from 6in to 4.5 after doing pumping, is that possible? i know pumping can get you water retention that is usually temporary swelling but never heard of actually losing length. 2cm just from improving EQ? how long does it take to get peak EQ you think? I'm curious about your results but i am wary about the risks involved in PE.
