starting peptides

i’m starting ghkcu soon (friday) and i saw some people taking 1mg a day and some taking 5mgs, im mixing 2.5ml of bac water with 50mgs and im wondering if js starting should i be doing a low low dose or js go into 1.5-2mgs (i did my research js looking for advice because its my first time pinning)
