Starting raw meat diet Wednesday, need advice

ur not getting it
diet is rly not that important, if you got a predisposition for diabetes youre not gonna eat candy 24/7, not eat before bed etc just follow the guidelines usually, even on a low glycemic diet u can get it
 
From regular store u can just buy eggs and meats, also get fruits raw honey if u need more cals

From farms or where ever keep getting raw milk and liver
Would you say the fruits from regular store still have as much micronutrients? Since they're harvested when they're underripe?
