I already do est whole food diet and have done 2 day fasts heaps of times and intermittent fast regularly but I want to try carnivoreWouldn’t suggest it. We’re not animals. Eat a whole food diet like a normal person. Try intermittent fasting instead. Start with 16 hour fast & 8 hour window and work up to a 20-22 hour fast.

Carnivore diet works not because you are just eating meat but because you cut down on all refined carbs, processed food and sugars. You can get similar results without trying this crash diet and cutting down on these things. Also include some fiber in ypur diet or you'll be shitting bricks. Many people are surprised how their body suddenly craves for dramatically less food as their micronutrient needs are fulfilled.
I'd suggest for example having ~20 grams of (raw) liver with 3 egg yolks in the morning. U end up eating so many less calories later on that day with this method since u wont have strong cravings

All these minerals and vitamins are only present in trace amounts in animals and are almost exclusively only found in plants, vegetables, fruits and seed oils. Vitamin E and magnesium you can get from eating seafood and potassium is abundant in muscle meat which people dont know and spam bananas.
Chicken has 230mg of potassium/100g, beef has 300mg/100g for example.
Saturated fat argument is not even viable in terms of eating liver and yolks for micronutrients as they both have relatively low saturated fat content for the amount of nutrients they provide (liver 4g/100g and egg yolks 2g/one yolk).
Also dietary cholesterol guidelines are changing even from mainstream sources where they only suggest to limit saturated fat instead of cholesterol.
