Wouldn’t suggest it. We’re not animals. Eat a whole food diet like a normal person. Try intermittent fasting instead. Start with 16 hour fast & 8 hour window and work up to a 20-22 hour fast.

I already do est whole food diet and have done 2 day fasts heaps of times and intermittent fast regularly but I want to try carnivore

Carnivore diet works not because you are just eating meat but because you cut down on all refined carbs, processed food and sugars. You can get similar results without trying this crash diet and cutting down on these things. Also include some fiber in ypur diet or you'll be shitting bricks. And you'll need supplement a few vitamins and minerals.

Don't do the mainstream carnivore of only steak/ground beef, put an emphasis on micronutrient rich animal foods (egg yolks, organ meats) for example.

Many people are surprised how their body suddenly craves for dramatically less food as their micronutrient needs are fulfilled.

I'd suggest for example having ~20 grams of (raw) liver with 3 egg yolks in the morning. U end up eating so many less calories later on that day with this method since u wont have strong cravings

U can heat them up with low heat until their consistency becomes butter-like. Just dont fry them all dry because it oxidizes the cholesterol

Imo doing carnivore for a bit will just speed up the process and will lead to me having a much more defined face and mid section (I have stubborn fat there), and I like trying new shit

Organ meat specifically, while being good source of nutrients like iron and zinc, it's also very high in saturated fat and cholesterol. Same with eggs and where are you going to get your Potassium, Magnesium, Folate and Vitamin E from? All these minerals and vitamins are only present in trace amounts in animals and are almost exclusively only found in plants, vegetables, fruits and seed oils. You'll definitely need supplements if you plan on doing this long term..

Saturated fat argument is not even viable in terms of eating liver and yolks for micronutrients as they both have relatively low saturated fat content for the amount of nutrients they provide (liver 4g/100g and egg yolks 2g/one yolk).

Also dietary cholesterol guidelines are changing even from mainstream sources where they only suggest to limit saturated fat instead of cholesterol.
