Squat 1x5, Then Drop Off Sets
Back Accesories
Leg Acceories


Arms.
Bench 1 Set of 5 (No Drop Off Sets)
Wieghted Dips 5x5
Wieghted Chins 5x5
Arm Accesories.

Shoulders
Press 1 Set of 5, Then Dropp Off Sets.
Face Pulls
Rear Delt Flys
Laterals

3 on 1 off


My wieghts 73.5kg, or 164lbs currently., Goal is 155lbs in 4 weeks.

Any pre-workout recommendations Zuzz?
Any direct neck training? I would recommend some light neck curls, just on a bench, no weight, helps add a little pump to your neck for the rest of the day.

i take esp pre workout

maybe coffee but i only have that if im tryna not eat food.

yea neck training is legit, imm just too lazy to do it.

also get fat gripz bro srs, they blow up your forearms. use them while u do curlz and do them whenever u workout like a ton of sets

drop off sets are sets that u reduce the weight and up the reps.

drop sets are less weight but same reps
 
Consider daily coffee for the T boost Zuzz, its generally good for you as long as your not an anxietycel.
Grip training is legit, I've been including wrist curls recently, more vascularity and strength.
Doing any calf raises for shorts season? :LOL:
