you´re super obese? if u are, its not, if youre just with a little bit of fat do a caloric defict, 300-500 cal max, if u want faster results, pin test

bruh, you have a good weight, dont do a caloric defict, u can eat 2350 cal a day if u hit the gym, eat 150g of protein per day, 340g of carbs and do 30 min cardio everyday, u prob can reach 5'11 or 6 foot, dont starvemax
