Going crazy on the starvemaxxing again

This summer I ate 1200~ calories per day lost lots of weight and I looked pretty lean

Now I feel like I've kind of slipped up even though I'm still counting my calories and I'm still under

So I'm going to keep under 800 starting tomorrow. Not gonna be fun but beauty is pain

ur hormones are going make u feel weird tbh if you're cutting too many cals. u'll feel good at times like when u find out u lost a bunch of weight but at other times you'll feel depressed
