So I'm 17, 5'8 and about 208lbs. I know I'm beyond cooked already when it comes to height so I've been trying to appealmax in other categories and possibly go from sub 3 to a generous sub5. A typical day in my life looks like: school, come home, eat, do homework, jack off, eat, and sleep. I'm shooting for around 155lbs before my graduation which will take place around June.

So I guess my question is: would it be better to lose this weight as quickly as possible or attempt the 'healthy' way? Black coffee and gum or chicken breast and bananas? I realize that the latter is important to maintain muscle but I don't really have much muscle anyways and I don't think being ripped is really a concern for me at bmi 31. Please don't tell me to ropemaxx yet let me try this first.

Try doing it the healthy way. Instead of going home to beat off and do HW go to the gym after school and start eating healthier. Practice self discipline and lose the weight right otherwise you'll end up skinny fat with a fat ass face and stomach with twig arms and legs. I've tried the "starvemaxing" thing when I was younger and the results are no where as good as putting some muscle on your frame and leaning out. Newbie gains come quick. It's never over ;)
