Is starvmaxxing really that good as i hear?

About 12 _10 bf
Active . 5x per week gym +cardio
Goals .lean face . Better skin

gym is useless if you have no energy
not very useful either when you're cutting with low muscle mass
you already are lean.
You can starve yourself prior to an event I guess
for a lean face, if still looks fat at 10% it's either water retention (too much carbs & salt, not enough potassium) or it's over cuz 0 bones
for better skin, just eat helthy I guess, no need to starve.
If you go on paleo, primal or carnivore, expect a detox period where you skin can worsen for a few days/weeks

Unironically not cope.

If you don’t have visible abs without flexing and veins running up your abdomen, your above 10% bf. Just starve till you get them and you’ll be at an ideal bf for facial leanness etc.

Then just inject and max out anabolic pathways like MUR and MYOPS and build a physique from there while remaining shredded.

Will be much motivating motivating as well as you’ll see your face lean out very quickly and you will see your gym gains much faster since it’s not covered in lard.

That’s what i’d do anyway.

You don't need to starve, you're already underweight. If you eat higher quality foods you will intake fewer calories to reach optimal nutrition and satiety, and your body composition and skin will naturally improve as a result.
 
50/50, if you really starve maybe not cope

But your hormones specifically TSH increase and you end up with subclinical hypothyroidism = your BMR is really low and metabolism in general (fat oxidation, etc)

Also all the sexual hormones all fucked, so not cope if you are 15-20% but I suggest you to take exogenous hormones, with that you can break the limits
