How effective is starvemaxxing? Does it even work?

I got a really chubby face (most asians do) and I wanna get rid of that. I dont wanna completely refrain from food because I need energy for school - also, how do I stop my cravings and what should I eat to keep my body healthy while on an extreme diet /srs

i starvemaxxed to lose weight and it worked for me but i wouldn't recommend it. as redpilled as it sound just get in a caloric deficit and go to the gym or else you'll end up like how i was, skinny as fuck with no muscle

Do you think that is because of how long you starvemaxxed? You shouldn't lose muscle if you starvemax for a short period amount of time (although I am aware that the amount of bf reduced would depend on how long you starvemaxx)

probably, i starvemaxxed for a while either way I don't recommend it. it makes you stressed and irritable as fuck, i was just obese so I did it, caloric defecits/cutting compounds are way better

take adderall or modafinil, you should consider taking DNP if you want to really succeed at this.

Yes obviously it works, less calories more weight lost. Although you will lose a ton of muscle.
