Every winter I look like I gained 10 kg of fat even tho I prob lost weight and I loose my hollow cheeks. So I have to starvemaxx. And since I starvemaxxed once in summer (water diet 1 week ) and starvemaxxed in autumn ( sub 1.5k kcals) to prepare for bloat. I will make a thread on how to survive starvemaxxing soon. I don't use supplements, but I will list some if people want them so they feel it easier. I will list the foods that helped me in my Autumn starvemaxx
