Tommorow :

Breakfest - coffee

After doing my test :

2 Chocolate Protein yogurt - 300 calories total
Green tea
Orange + peel - 50 calories

Lunch/dinner

2 pieces of salmon + vitamin c drink + another orange + peel

idfk around 400-500 calories probably

Will walk around a bit too. I NEED to be lean for the summer.

Btw the peel in the orange has chemicals to suppress hunger thats why Im eating it jfl.

After tommorow :

2 Porridge boxes - around 380 calories + green tea

Lunch/dinner

Probably chicken or steak or turkey in some gravy

Orange with peel.

Plan to cut like 0.6-0.7kg from this insane ass calorie deficit. Wish me luck. I need to be lean asf for summer.
