Save most of your calories for the evening and embrace the feeling of hunger while trying to get leaner.

You will get used to it more and more with time.

You’ll appreciate food more, it will taste better and you will be satisfied with more whole and healthier foods.
On top of that losing weight is much easier.

Also, the feeling of hunger means you’re most likely on the right track.
Better than feeling stuffed and bloated all the time.
