im thinking of eating about 500 calories a day of chicken for the next two weeks in hope of loosing abt 10 kg do you think it could work

the gym exists for a reason man. just go on a cut and do some cardio or sauna.

i was 150 kg a year ago im 95 but i wanna be lean this summer not next

im tired of eating lean ive been doing it for a year now

just go on a recomp and calorie def, 500 a day is too extreme

It doesn't work just go into an aggressive cut if you want to lose weight very quickly so your maintenance kcal minus 800

@Mxrii0. if ur lean goal is ~10lbs in 2 weeks thats ropefuel. u gonna lose water n muscle way faster than fat, that's the failo. try a slower deficit, maybe 1lb a week max.

im on a kg a week rn 1kg to 700g

this method is great i did it but you cannot lose 10kg in a week ur crazy if u think that
i ate like 500 cals a day of random shit and still do it took like 2 months for 30 lbs

ltn. extreme restriction is gonna wreck ur skin and hair quality eventually tbh. just look into maintenance cals or a slow cut if u gotta lose weight.
