im on a kg a week rn 1kg to 700g@Mxrii0. if ur lean goal is ~10lbs in 2 weeks thats ropefuel. u gonna lose water n muscle way faster than fat, that's the failo. try a slower deficit, maybe 1lb a week max.

ltn. extreme restriction is gonna wreck ur skin and hair quality eventually tbh. just look into maintenance cals or a slow cut if u gotta lose weight.
