what could be done to fix a steep nasolabial area and make it more like pic related

I think it might be an overly large/prominent anterior nasal spine that creates this tethering of the upper lip appearance.

It could also be the bridge of the nose pulling the upper lip up or maybe a long caudal septum and anterior nasal spine or just the caudal septum.
Anyways I could be wrong so I think asking @RealSurgerymax is best

double jaw surgery will push the lip forward reducing the angle

Lower bf makes nose look ever so slightly less hooked, don't expect anything major
