Been trying to lose upwards to 20lbs and get in shape, I have completely garbage fat distribution and loose skin in my lower abdomen and would love to be a lean 145lbs-ish if my current weight is a modest 165lbs. I've done 16:8 fasting for about a year and a half now along with cutting calories constantly and running/walking for an hour a day minimum. Only thing I haven't done is a proper, structured weightlifting program but I'm going to start as soon as I'm done recovering from surgery. Is there anything I'm missing? What else can I do? I've lost all water retentive weight already.
