I need someone to just give a rundown on what steroids I need to gain a muscular lean physique. Preferably with the safest drugs. Also correct dosing would be appreciated.

Alright, I'll try to. I struggle gaining weight. I'm going to purchase a mass gainer and creatine. The issue is that I would prefer roids so I don't gain too much bodyfat, what little bodyfat I have goes directly to my face

Unless you can bench at least bodyweight, don't touch roids or sarms. You need to eat more. Steroids don't magically put on muscle, you still won't gain weight eating at maintenance. Do GOMAD or something if you're a hard gainer. Also, sarms might be better for you since your young, especially so you don't close your growth plates, though it's still possible.

Take test @ 200mg/wk ED subq. Push it to 250 when you stall out, but you will grow like crazy on 200.

I plan on hittin' the gym too, but I won't be doing steroids, at least i dont plan on it. The ideal form of gym maxxing is just building on your natural physiology/body type. No need to excess bulk, might just make you look fat in the eyes of a potential partner. Just maximize your body potential which is what I plan. Going with a natural look is probably the easiest way to get there.

If u take steroids now you'd waste them, because youre still a gym newbie. The steroids would have more effect and be more useful when you have more experience in the gym

You don't need steroids, you need to eat more and lift heavy weights and get as strong as possible on: the weighted chin upo, the overhead press, the bench press, the barbell row, the squat and the deadlift. You're skinny because you refuse to eat more, you'll never get big by eating like a bird. You must aim for 1 lb of weight gain per week if you want to get big.

It's possible to look amazing as a natural, you just have to put in the work and eat enough. Steroids are for the lazy people who don't want to lift heavy and don't want to force feed themselves but the dangerous side effects make them not worth the benefits especially since you can get a great natty physique on a good program.



The intermediate strength standards are:
a 135 lb (61.24 kg) overhead press, a 200 lb (90.72 kg) barbell row, a 225 lb (102.06 kg) bench press, a 315 lb (142.89 kg) squat, and a 405 lb (183.71 kg) deadlift.

The advanced strength standards are:
a 100 lb (45.36 kg) weighted chin up, a 200 lb (90.72 kg) overhead press, a 275 lb (124.74 kg) barbell row, a 315 lb (142.89 kg) bench press, a 405 lb (183.71 kg) squat and a 500 lb (226.8 kg) deadlift


It should take you only 6-12 months of training to get to the intermediate level, and 3 years in total at most to reach the advanced level.
Since everybody is different and not everyone has the same genetics, you may be a bit above or a bit below those numbers but they are a good way to measure your progress.

The intermediate level will give you an above average physique that is good enough to succeed on Tinder as long as you look at least average in the face and aren't shorter than average. You will look like you lift with your shirt off, but with your shirt on, it still won't be 100% obvious.

The advanced level will make you look so muscular that you will look impressive according to the average person and you will definitely look like you lift with a shirt on.

To get to the intermediate level, watch the video I sent you about Blaha's Novice Program 2.0, and then follow it perfectly, and in 6-12 months, you will reach those intermediate numbers.

With the program you will be doing the squat, the bench press, the overhead press and the barbell curl 3 times per week, while the deadlift and the barbell row will be done 1 out of 2 times so every other workout.

Every time you go in the gym you will be able to add 5 lbs on the squat and on the deadlift, and 2.5 lbs on the bench press, overhead press, and barbell row (to do this you will need to buy microplates from Amazon).

Sometimes you will stall, when you stall 2 times in a row, you deload by removing 10% and building back up, if you're eating enough and using proper form and being consistent, then those deloads will allow you to go through those plateaus and get stronger. All this and more details are explained in the video that I sent you above, this one:



Then, to get to the advanced level, you can either use Madcow's 5x5 or Jason Blaha's linear periodization for intermediates:

usually people as hungry skele mode as you are either eating an incredibly shit tier diet or have some sort of underlying health issue which is preventing them from being at a normal weight/having normal hormones and lean body mass/etc.
If so, this must be addressed before you start blasting, eating shit tier bodybuilding diet and cardio+gymcelling both of which will just exacerbate the problem and fuck you up long term.

source: was a hungry skele like you at 6'2, got jacked and went from 145->200lbs at ~11-12% bf by eating big and lifting heavy but shit tier basic bitch bodybuilder diet plus added stress insult from lifting heavy exascerbated preexisting gut problems (celiac,ibs,dysbiosis) which were why i was a hungry skele to begin with and i ended up having years where I was unable to lift or do much of anything because my health got so fucked up. The gut problems also aged me, fucked up my skin, and made me super depressed for a long time before i figured shit out. I know right now youre just trying to zyzzmaxx and dont care about the long term but its a mistake, if you take care of yourself you will have a much larger window to slay even if it take you a few more years to have a desirable physique.

health comes first TRUST ME its a way better looksmax medium to long term to prioritize being healthy

being healthy will also naturally hormonemaxx you and make it way easier to gain muscle/get lean

How did you fix your gut problems. I likely have everything you listed, auto immunity runs in my family, I currently have diffuse alopecia areata as well jfl.

also fixing my circadian rhythm and getting sun+red light therapy helped my autoimmune related skin issues

A lot of autoimmune type symptoms, especially skin problems ime, are related to gut permeability. Strict carnivore diet normalizes gut permeability.

My father has a whole host of auto immune issues and also claims carnivore diet saved him. Damn, I might have to try that out. I currently have asthma, alopecia areata, severe allergies, and eczema. I'm sure I have celiac and ibs as well. I'm taking medication for my alopecia areata because going bald would be a death sentence for me

I just made a connection. A side effect of the medication I'm on for my auto immune issues is weight gain. Maybe I will finally gain weight now that I'm taking care of my auto immune fuck ups

All of this normalized after a few months on STRICT carnivore with some water fasting. Now I have zero asthma, zero allergies during pollen season, skin looks great, hopefully ill even see some hair regrowth if it was stress related and not androgenic.

yeah made everything worse

diet was probably most of it, was slonking big shakes with lots of oats/milk/nut butter and was force feeding chicken/rice/broccoli/etc.

You do need roids but food my friend. That's the bottleneck. Roids do not produce muscle out of thin air.
