its mainly to place stress on the clavicles
I want to make a workout routine which is BONE orientated with the muscle exercises as secondary exercises
pullovers for ribcage
swimming for ribcage and clavicles
steve reevs deadlift for clavicles
what other exercises put stress on BONES?
its sort of like how rockclimbers get big dense fingers, I want that effect to be induced everyday on my body on targeted bones
