Yes, it’s a net-risk calculation of course, but the vaccine is toxicologically significant because both the virus and the shot use the Spike protein and create persistent amyloids via enzymatic break down.

You can always say that in retrospect because he happened to get infected.
At the time of the decision, an infection was just a statistical risk.

I got vaccinated and got infected 5x in school/ university.
I was really unlucky and suffer from several issues ever since.
