i have the same problem man especially with adderall. especially if i do 60mg + i get insanely anxious making life a chore. before i would do xans to level me out but i quit them because they made me retarded

Lowering the dose, breathing exercises and sleep.
Benzos are an instant fix but chances are you'll end up regretting it and there are way too many downsides that all start from addiction...
