From extensive experience with dealing with laziness, lack of motivation, drowsiness and finding ways and means of dealing with this
I can confidently say that everyone I know including myself, the only way to get past it is to overtime create better habits in your day to day life,
no stimulants or anything you do will work
Change your habits and once you learn how to be disciplined (will probs take one year no joke (long process)) and delay your gratification the rest is history
Literally like noone has delayed gratification, if you master it you can win, focus on consistent daily increases and you will be shocked at what you are capable of achieving
Just remember it is fking hard and will take a long time to become disciplined if you are inherantly lazy
