Seriously I went to GYM today, pretty laid back training but still / some walking around, mogging around 18.000 steps and counting / ate only about 1000 calories as of now, ribeye+brocolly / eggs on tomatoes / maybe some chicken breast later, I will probably fuck this up in a few days but todays is a good day
