True but the maseeter is a very atrophy resistant muscle compared to the chest, op either has very small masseters or didn't train them long and good enough, loads of people keep their gains after quitting or reducing the training frequency otherwise botox in the jaw muscles wouldn’t be a thing if they were so easy to atrophy in the first place.

Yeah, plenty of men on roids show masseter gains, which would explain why some guys's jaws looks better or worse during the cycle(not counting the extra bloat from the cycle increased water retention. However it's also very resistant in women, for the simple fact that everyone chews daily(unless OP feeds himself only with soup, in that case JFL) so I don't fucking know how only after two weeks his muh gainz went away.

Exactly, botox must be injected every 3 to 6 months in the masseters otherwise they get bulky again. Muh 14 days lost all gains bro:lul::lul:

He just didn’t have any gains to begin with. Likely just had the “pump” effect from constant chewing and once he stopped that obviously went away. Muh it doesn’t work JFL. Half this forum is filled with clinical retards that try something for a week and then make a thread sharing their “experience”.

I agree, that's most likely what happened. And yeah that's sadly true, this shithole has always been like that but in the last 2 years it massively went downhill in terms of userbase quality, there are people that believe in thumbpulling while calling chewing, one of the few legit softmaxxes if you have decent insertions, a cope. 2024/25 cels in a nutshell. And don't forget the special kind of users, those that jerks themselves on surgerys daily and then when someone post their surgery results they start to spam botched, over or other shit to the guy:lul:

Ik u wanna have good massateers and mog but chewing isnt a good idea for multiple reasons. This isnt even a muh its dangerous i would do it if it actually had good long term effects but heres some things to take mind before u chew. If you want to still do it after and you acknowledge all the side effects then go ahead

1. It will give you tmj
No tmj isnt a made up thing lots of people get it from chewing hard things especially for a long time
Luckily i never got tmj but i only chewed for about a month. If you do it long it will fuck you up. Luckily if you get a mild case of tmj you can recover but if you get severe tmj u are fucked for life unless u get surgery

2. It is temporary
Your jaw will atrophy after you stop chewing. Mine lost basically all its mass after about a week of quitting

3. It damages your teeth
Went to the dentist the other day she told me i lost a large ammount of tooth enamel. I was confused how and she asked if i ever grinded my teeth or anything i told her i chewed gum and she said its likely from that. Obviously it makes sense prolonged gum chewing wears down your enamel especially if the gum has sugar in it

4. It probably will give you a chipmunk jaw and a wider head
This is because chewing not only works your masateers but your cheeks as well. It will also work your temporals so overall your face will be wider and rounder


5. The results are overstated
I did notice my jaw was wider while chewing but it wasnt all that. If u expect anything drastic dont waste your time



So essentially it damages your teeth and jaw over time but if you dont do it for long you wont maintain gains. So you decide if its worth it
