Okay i gave it a quick skim incase you actually wrote something good but its just slop for the most part, "fiber prevents diseases like diabetes and cancer" lmao the first one kinda because its an antinutrient and thus doesn't let you absorb the garbage you eat as well, as gor cancer its just a hypothesis, maybe helps a little when you eat tons of carcinogens but really who cares just dont eat them in the first place, "helps with obesity" yes because its an antinutrient, blocks absorbtion of nutrients. No you can't digest fiber. Grains are linked to all those yes, i can also find associations showing the opposite, crazy if you unironically use those associations as evidence. On fiber also theres a pretty good controlled trial where they took people with constipation and made them quit fiber and the treatment rate was 100%, there was another group which didn't fully quit and thus still didn't fully get treated of constipation so thats dose and effect too the fatty acids you mentioned
imma talk on butyrate since thats the more significant one, if youre on keto, the ketone bodies mimic its function systematically in the body unlike butyrate from fiber and 2 butter exists and has tons of it.
