All topical applications are only good for correcting damage (such as deep-seated wrinkles, scars, pigment changes, etc.), but they can't address the underlying intrinsic factors that contribute to skin health. To really have clear firm youthful skin without visible pores you need to focus on intrinsic factors. This includes restoring the health of your organs, which is closely linked to hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, and the elimination of toxins.
Hormones play a significant role in skin health, as they can affect the production of oil and collagen, which are both important for maintaining a youthful appearance. therefore eat a nutrient rich diet -> primal + healthy lifestyle + grass touching and so on.
Lifestyle factors, such as stress and lack of sleep, can also have a negative impact on skin health. Stress can lead to the production of cortisol, a hormone that can cause inflammation and break down collagen, leading to wrinkles and sagging skin. Getting enough sleep is also important, as it allows the body to repair and rejuvenate itself. -> sleep 6-8h per day following your circadian rhythm -> start meditating
Lastly, toxins can also have a negative impact on skin health. Toxins can be found in the environment, food, and skincare products (like sunscreen jfl), and they can lead to inflammation, break down collagen and affect the skin's natural barrier.
Also do not cope with any products, anti aging etc. as long as you do not meet the basics. Most here do not even have a proper sleep rhythm and cope with anti aging...
TLDR: Use topical products only for correcting damage. Focus on healing your organs (especially gut), focus on sleeping 6-8h consistently, start meditation, eliminate all toxins. There are already good guides on everything i mentioned, so just find them.
