- Fixing postural muscle imbalances alongside proper allignement of your head and rest of your body
- Mewing (widening maxilla) and hard chewing molars (upswing) all of this while going to the gym everyday, alongside bulking up (if you're skinny) and also taking several PEDs (RAD140, LGD, MK677, MK2877)

There is several people who only mewed and had good results because they did it well and were consistent
