Stop eating junk carbs such as pasta, buckwheat, rice and other side dishes, and stop eating porridge
1. Fiber is not a panacea.
We are told that fiber is healthy. But it is not digested, irritates the intestines, causes bloating and interferes with the absorption of minerals. It's not food, it's ballast.
3. Minerals are a myth
Buckwheat contains a lot of iron, but it is vegetable (non-heme) and almost not digested. The body needs heme iron from meat. The same goes for calcium, zinc and other elements — they are almost not taken from cereals.
4. Porridge is a survival food.
Our ancestors began to massively eat grains when they could not feed on meat. This allowed us to survive, but not to become healthier. With the development of civilization, we can choose the best food sources.
5. Meat and fat provide stable energy
Protein and fat are absorbed slowly, sugar does not jump, and there is no drowsiness after eating. You've been full for 4-5 hours, your head is clear, and your mood is even.
Conclusion:
I'm not calling on everyone to stop eating carbs. But if you feel tired, bloated, or sleepy after eating, it's probably not because of "stress," but because of what you're eating.
