Usually a younger male who’s relatively actively will have a basal metabolic rate of around 2600 calories, likely more
Regular meals are 600 ish calories, usually like 300 for me and i’ll skip breakfast or lunch, but for most people it’s 4-600 calories
meaning at most you have eaten 1800 calories. You still have room for desert or something else.
So how do people get so fat?
I think this happens by eating snacks and things like chips. Realistically if your eating real meals how are you supposed to even eat 2600 calories unless your actively trying to?
Stop eating snacks, lose more weight
Or, stop eating snacks and replace those with more protein
