Eat more:
- GELATIN
- Bone marrow
- Seafood
- BBC
- Connective tissue
- Bone broth


Too much muscle meat = excess tryptophan, methione & cystine, increases inflammation and ages you

Not enough glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline

You need to balance out the amino acid composition of your diet. Keep ratios in check

Amino acids are the building blocks of all the proteins in your body. Neurotransmitters too. Having the right dietary profile will improve your:

- Skin
- Hair
- Joints/Tendons
- Mood
- Cognition

and keep you operating better, longer

You can also put gelatin in literally everything, or eat Jello as a side dish

This is also why plant protein is shit (bad amino acid profile)

I won’t focus on any of that. I will focus on eating hot Cheetos and drinking Rockstar energy drink and playing grand theft auto. Sorry, ugly faggots like me are dead already so there’s no point in trying to better myself
 
collagen has all the acids just take it everyday no need to eat connective tissue
