Holy shit this might be hopefuel for me

I know for sure my spine is still almost fully open, but my pelvis is nearly closed/closed. Could my legs be closed aswell or would I know only with an x-ray?

I could genuinely show my pictures of me at 16. Zagro has seen em

I had super long arms and legs but I was 5'9. My wingspan has legit been 6'6 since I was 16 and 5'9, now I'm 6'2.5 and my wingspan is still 6'6, legs match my frame now but my arms dont for some reason. I had legs that belonged to a 6'2 male. I just had a short ass spine.

I grew 5.5 inches from the spine so there's hopefuel, but I'm a documenting late bloomer (cdgp) so it may not be drastic for you boyos.

(I'm still in puberty)

Well then we are in pretty different situations, I'm 14 5'10.5 and my wingspan is at 5'10, (tbf I probably measured it wrong) but I am expected to reach 6'0.5-6'1 with my current height velocity naturally, but I already ordered some Pharma to hopefully surpass that

I wish I had that long of a wingspan

Just fucking laughing at you retards getting wrist x-rays, are you all fucking stupid? It's such an easy self snitch as you can tell who really uses AI on this forum.

You don't stand on your fucking arms do you retards???? You stand on your legs and spine.

If you're going to get an X-Ray, Xray your fucking knees or spine. Stop xraying your stupid wrists dude. Humans also grow in a distoproximal pattern, meaning you grow from the outside in.

Your fingers fuse first as the growth plates here are hypersensitive to estrogen. And this linearly decreases as you get closer to the center of your body. The forearms next, then the humerus (upper arm) then your spine as it's really e2 insensitive, it explains why some males who have had less estrogen exposure like being a late bloomer, measurably grow past 18 and into their 20s.

My hands and arms stopped growing when I was like 15:lul::lul::lul:I grew 5.5 inches from 16-18.4 from the spine alone.

Look at the first thing AI tells you to do when you wanna heightmaxx

Why would it be a problem? It is the best way to find bone age, which is what you would want from an xray as it’s a practical piece of information.
Of course it closes early in comparison to the spine. This should be obvious information to anyone getting an xray. I don’t see a reason to get a spine or knee xray just to see if the relevant growth plate is open.
Why would you ever do that when the left hand already gives you a clear picture, is easier, and is the overall best way to find bone age?

Bone age is cope and an unnecessary metric unless you're like 13-14. Most people start this heightmaxxing shit at 15-16. It's already highly likely they're closed or finished to closing. Also, why would you even need the bone age? The wrist plate literally closes like a year before the tibias and even later for the femurs. Let alone the spine.

Wrist advancement doesn't contribute to your stature whatsoever, why even do this? You don't need a specific bone age assessment for growth, anyone who has common sense knows what an open growth plate and a closed growth plate looks like. From there you can make your own accurate assessment of what fusion stage it's at in between those 2 landmarks of open and closed. The left hand doesn't give you a clear picture of how much leg growth you have left.

And look at it like this, you're quite literally gambling on your wrist plate being open for any good news. If your wrist plate is fused, you literally cannot know what stage your leg plates are at. So you've effectively gambled your one x-ray away and wasted time and money to not get any conclusive result, where you can check the knee and simply see if its open or not. All you need to know is if its open or closed.

inb4 "bbb-b-but scientists and doctors have been professionally doing this method for years!!" Yeah no shit because that's the scientific research regulation. You can't just deviate from that because it actually works. The point is about the ROI for you as a heightmaxxer literally buying shit illegally and without a doctors guide.

Doctors don't give a shit about you which is WHY you get a wrist xray. If it's open it's open if it's closed it's closed to them. However that means something different to you.

Why do you think bone age is cope unless you are 14? that makes no sense
The reason I think bone age is good is because when you get it you can estimate your remaining height accurately. I don’t think it’s as accurate when you get let’s say a knee scan, I am unfamiliar with any methods to estimate remaining growth from that, and we can compare the accuracy of the two if you would like.

The baily penuee method or however you say it is highly validated. And for finding bone age for the equation the left wrist and hand is the consensus.

Obviously anyone can tell what an open growth plate is, but we would want an accurate assessment. The wrist closing earlier is irrelevant here. It wouldn’t be wise to get an xray that gives you less of an accurate estimate just because you “only need to see if it’s open”, i mean getting the hand and wrist it literally easier.

It’s not a gamble whatsoever when you can use bone age from your hand to asses your remaining height.

It just boils down to what is the most accurate way, to my knowledge it is using the left hand and wrist, and then the baily penuee thing.

“all you need to see is if it’s open or closed” i mean how can you come to that conclusion, wouldn’t you want an estimate of remaining growth?
