Why is tretinoin plus microneedling just standard advice, like we give it away and tell goyim to fien all over India mart and buy tretinoin in bulk, tretinoin is literally a A level retinoid, the strongest of the bunch, and even regular retinols are wicked strong, I fucking applied retinol on my face, regular adalpeen and did microneedling and now I have a weird asa burn mark that is slowly fading and that is taking too long too fade away, im in fycking shambles, shit looks like some blue hyperpigmentation and I have used retinol in the past with good results but barely, this time ig I went too hard but I must’ve not used enough sunscreen this time or used to much, these are drugs you use very very patientally and the everyone just gives it off to everyone as if tret isn’t prescription grade for specific scenarios and extreme situations.

100% agree tret is god but compared to Accutane the level of cell turnover gets mogged. I think running a micro dose of Accutane than some estriol and tretinoin or taz is good for god tier skin

Tretinoin or tazarotene sustained for years will literally take 5-15 years off your skin appearance and make it glass smooth.

It is a complete hack and cheat if you can tolerate it or build a tolerance to it at 0,05% or 0,10%.

Not even Profhilo or Sculptra injections can stimulate the amount of collagen and elastin building tretinoin does - while also reversing sun damage and previous skin imperfections.

Not getting prescription from a doctor for tret or taz for such a cheap drug is a bad choice. Edit- Or if you don't want a prescription order it from black market indians
