I realized that in the last 3 years I have had no increase in my height
when I was 14, I was 180cm.
I'm turning 17 soon and I'm still 180cm..
I assume I reached my adult height at 14-15 (height calculator web also said the same)
is it possible i could squeeze a few more cm p? I haven't checked bone age x ray tho

just tell your local doctor that you want an xray to see if youre still growing because youre going to train super heavy and ur scared it might stunt growth. i did the same, got redirected to the hospital and thats how i found out mine closed sadly but its waterproof

lucky. I was predicted at 157 cause both my parents are 164 range, dad's shorter
