Everyone knows that saliva protects and remineralises teeth, washes away food debris and kills harmful bacteria. It is also known that chewing gum produces copious amounts of saliva. That is why dentists recommend chewing gum after meals.

But is store-bought gum a good option to use once a day when I can't brush my teeth or rinse my mouth?

When I talk about store-bought gum I meen the cheap and commonplace options like Orbit and Dirol. Are these ones good for your teeth?

everything you just said is cope. the only thing you an do to maximize physical appeal is just starvemaxx, pubertymaxx, and daily gooning sessions of at least 3 hours a day at minimum.
