Storing hgh powder

Havent reconstituted my hgh yet i heave been leaving it in 0 degree temp in a mini fridge . I just checked the reccomended temp is 2-8 degrees but im good right? Better than not keeping it cold

how can i check? i mean theres a vial which powder chipped off the cake and its still like that when i checked yesterday when i tap the vial the chipped of part moves clearly and seperates from the cake
