Strange asymmetry

It's not just that one cheek is bigger than the other, but my right cheek is plumper than the left, the left one is slender and the right one seems fat, what should I do and how can I fix it and why is this happening?

Yeah dude I'm ngl I can't even see any actual asymetrys your likely over analysing this, my symmetry is way worse than this, your probably just not used to it flipped.

I see slight aasymetry on the front profile, it is not that much visible but start chewing more hard foods on ur left side, just trust me over time it will be more balanced, I have the same issue, train your massater muscles too.

you might have lateral pelvic tilt
