(very chaotic guide, goatis deepthroaters will say that infinite sun exposure is key to health and that if u burn its because of seed oils, fucking iqlets)
Basic Rules:
  • Aim for direct sunlight on bare skin and eyes.
  • Morning sun (first 1-2 hours after sunrise) is ideal for circadian rhythm and safer.
  • Midday sun is stronger for Vitamin D but requires shorter time.
  • Consistency beats long sessions — better to do short daily or near-daily exposure.
How Long Should You Stay Out?
  • Light/Fair skin: 5–15 minutes
  • Medium/olive skin: 10–25 minutes
  • -Dark skin: 20–45+ minutes
  • Check the UV index — you want 3 or higher for good Vitamin D production.
  • Morning light: Great for eyes and setting your body clock (even on cloudy days).
  • After your target time, cover up, put on sunscreen, or go into shade.
  • Hydrate well and move around instead of just lying still.
  • In winter or high latitudes, you may need longer time or midday sun.
