I've already fucked it up, to be honest. Even a small amount of stress makes my fucking face bloat. My hair falls out, my cheeks turn red. Also, I can't sleep — well, I can, but it's so bad: every 2 or 3 hours I wake up. And on that basis, I get even more stressed. I'm obsessed with my appearance, and my mood for the whole day depends on how I see myself in the mirror. So it's a vicious cycle.
The reason is probably a broken psyche, because before that I lived in chronic stress for six months (real, justified stress — not the psychosis of a little bitch like I have now). I don't want to go on antidepressants. But here's my question: recommend me some drugs and supplements to overcome this horror — without serious addiction or side effects.
And by the way, going out and having fun doesn't help me. Sometimes my psychosis gets so bad that I don't want to go to a bar with my friends so they don't see my swollen face — that's another vicious circle. So please don't give me any 'go out with your friends or get some foids in club' bullshit, because it doesn't help.
