First brah there's no life without suffering. Stress is an innate part of it, and if you think of it all stress arises from ego (fear of yours sense of self collapsing cz of external circumstance. i.e a person, event, accident...)

As cliche as it sounds, the antidote to stress is - Doing The Inner Work

Understanding the fickle nature of your ego, this will lead you down a spiritual path which is the only true path there is.

Ego is the mediator between how you see yourself and how you want others to perceive you, this mediator when threatened causes stress. Fearing that the external world will see who you actually are
