And I'm talking about permanent height
Most of ur spines are decompressed from years of bad posture and alot of u have APT
Also I forgot about bow legs
If u played football/soccer as a kid u probably have bow legs sh literally takes 0.5-1 inch off ur height fix that too

NB literally became 1.5 inches taller from stretching and his wasn't even too severe

I think bow legs surgery is pretty cheap too

decompression and compression isn’t something permanent it happens throughout the day, for example when you sit down your spine become compresses, when you wake up your spine decompresses which is the reason ur height is 1 cm more in the morning.

I'm talking about APT and cases where ppl have terrible posture for years like borderline kyphosis
Fixing those can show ur true height depends on the severity

how did you even measure it? most self-measurement can get off by up to an inch
My gym has a stadiometer plus I have severe back issues as it is I’m constantly at the doctor.
